Many businesses seem to be almost afraid of their customers, hiding their contact information behind layers of "please read this FAQ first" and "please select the nature of your inquiry"; here, you can take the steering wheel. - 2005-07-03: The wiki has been moved over to a newer server. Response time is noticeably faster.
- 2005-06-28: The main Windows machine is back up, and I'm able to process orders again. Apologies to all those whose in-stock orders were delayed. Receipt of the latest Mountain order has also revealed a data entry error on one item: MT-1595 "Memento" is only available in adult sizes, not children's. I've corrected the database and am rebuilding the web pages right now.
