Help:Ops/templates/order over one year old

Greetings,

You placed this order with us over a year ago, and I have finally been able to get the [item description] from the manufacturer. I'm assuming that you no longer want [it/them], but thought I should let you know that I was finally able to get [it/them].

If I don't hear from you, I'll assume you don't want it anymore, and I'll put it into regular stock for sale; if you do still want it, just let me know and I should be able to send it out the next day. Either way, sorry for the long wait!
