Primal Wear is a manufacturer of bicycling jerseys and other bicycle-related apparel and accessories. They are located in Denver, Colorado. They specialize in colorful, eye-catching designs, often titled rather punnishly. They tend to completely replace their line of jerseys each year, discontinuing all jerseys and coming up with a completely new set, although as of this writing (2005-07-09) the 2004 line is apparently still available.
- In 2004, they added a selection of designs created for them by the multi-talented Clive Barker
- In 2005, they added a selction of licensed designs from Pink Floyd, AC/DC, and the Rolling Stones.
In 2005, they raised their minimum annual initial order (i.e. the minimum dollar amount of the first wholesale order for each year) for online retailers from $500 (which was already a difficulty for us) to $2500, effectively putting their products out of our reach for now.
