Secret Beauty Cream is the fabulous pop band from Los Angeles influenced by The Beatles, Blondie, and The Kinks. Innovative and groove-friendly, this mod foursome is gaining notice for their original compositions and cover tunes. The band has just completed an original CD with Bob Owen on guitar/vocals, Bjorn Englen on bass, Brynn Quick on guitar, and David Jordan on drums. Their fresh pop sound is quite accessible with a sixties/alternative vibe. Featuring a solid rhythm section and contagious melodies, Secret Beauty Cream is the band that sticks to your ears like red licorice with soul! Bob Owen has penned numerous original compositions remniscent of sixties fun and eighties new-wave. Bassist Bjorn Englen injects his groove thing on bass and lays down a solid foundation for the band's swing. David Jordan locks in with Bjorn on the drums to drive the poppy grooves into danceable oblivion. Brynn Quick is the guitar dude with the barbwire riffs.
