Greetings!
I now have your [description of items] ready to ship.
However, when I checked the credit card number you gave us, the card processing company said that the address they had on file did not match the address you gave us:

Could you please check your most recent credit card statement (or bank statement, if the card is a check card) and verify that the address is correct? If the address is different, please let me know what the correct address is and I will finish processing your order right away. (I will still ship to the shipping address you gave; I only need the credit card billing address in order to verify and protect your credit card's security.)
