Wild Cotton is a DBA of Atlas Screen Printing, a t-shirt printing company located in Gainesville, Florida and specializing in detailed nature designs. They share many designs with Axis Arts, i.e. many of Wild Cotton's t-shirt designs are available from Axis Arts as cards and magnets. They also have a small selection of embroidered hats and a large selection of "Crossing" signs (e.g. "Turtle Crossing", "Cat Crossing").
Back in 1999 or 2000, they seemed to be saying they weren't interested in dealing with online stores, although they didn't actually refuse to sell to us. They mainly weren't going to provide nice, high-rez images anymore. Since then a lot of other places have gone the same route, and I've come to expect to have to buy stuff just so I can take photos of it for the web. (Of course, it still makes it easier when manufacturers provide nice images.) At present, I am planning to go ahead and place an order with them at some point, as soon as I can free up the capital, just to verify that they will still sell to us; at that point, hopefully we will be able to get a catalog and start offering their full selection again.

Notes
Currently having trouble getting in touch with Wild Cotton to place an order. Sent them email on 2006-02-22 and 02-27, then left a voicemail the morning of 03-06, but have not received replies to any of these.
