VBZ.NET is solely owned and (since July, 2003) operated by me, Nick Staddon, a.k.a. Woozle. As a result of this I have way too much work and too little time in which to do it. I am, however, optimistic that this will change as I gradually improve how things work.

Currently the main source of delay in processing orders is that the bank balance rarely seems to get high enough to let me order all needed items at once; I have to place one or two orders, process customer credit cards when the items are ready to ship, and then wait 3-5 business days until the funds actually show up on the bank balance before I can place the next round of orders with the check card. I am working on ways to reduce this bottleneck.

Due to said overwork I often end up being a bit slack about responding to emails and especially phone calls; nonetheless, actual order errors are few (less than one per year, that I am aware of), and unlike many online stores I will never lose track of your order. The database system I use has been honed to extreme reliability and usability since the first version I wrote (1999), and the files are automatically backed up every night.

Once I start to get caught up with things, I'm looking towards reopening the music portion of vbz.net, as well as continuing to expand the existing t-shirt and gift selection.
